These terms apply to your use of tvtech.ie and to any installation work carried out by TV Tech Ireland, based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, Ireland. By using this website or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantee that every detail is current at all times. We may update or change this website at any time without notice.
Submitting an enquiry or contact form does not create a binding contract between us. A quote we provide is an estimate based on the information available at the time and may change following an on-site survey or once the full scope of work is confirmed. Work only begins once both parties agree the scope and price.
Payment terms are agreed with each customer individually as part of the quote for their job. Any deposit or balance terms will be set out before work begins.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in a property's wiring, network or equipment that are not part of the agreed installation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of installed systems, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked installation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
